Environmentally sustainable condominiums are not new for the Molinaro Group. Their Strata condo on Maple Ave. in Burlington utilizes geothermal technology; Illumina, just down the street on Brock and Ontario, will be Energy Star certified; and in Midtown, the first phase of Paradigm is a LEED® Silver accredited condominium. The Molinaro Group plans to pursue a similar LEED certification for Paradigm Grand, now under construction, continuing the Group’s legacy of creating innovative condominiums in Burlington.
