Urban Farm Wrap Up 2024
Despite many challenges this growing season, the Urban Farm still produced a good crop of fresh veggies for the Burlington Food Bank. The farm has been a thoroughly collaborative effort between the Molinaro Group, Bunchberry Connections, and the City of Burlington, all in service to the local community, where food insecurity is a pressing concern. Heartfelt thanks and gratitude are extended to the amazing contribution of the many volunteers who were instrumental, on a day-to-day basis, in the success of this “magical farm’ in Midtown.
3rd Annual HorsePower 4 Hospital Event – 2024
Many thanks to everyone who joined us for the 3rd Annual HorsePower 4 Hospital event on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Once again, in support of Joseph Brant Hospital, Angelo Paletta and Vince Molinaro, and a host of generous sponsors were driven to raising over $230,000 for urgent priorities at Joseph Brant Hospital. Holiday Highlights and Outdoor Winter Fun
As tempting as it is to hunker down indoors in January, even streaming bingers need to come up for air once in a while. With so much natural beauty on our doorstep, it would be a shame not to venture out and see what’s happening in and around Burlington.

Another year is wrapping up so some of the Molinaro Group got together to “wrap” a tree as sponsors of the @BurlingtonPerformingArtsCentre’s 7th Annual Festival of Trees.
Taking Stock of the Market
This quiet period in real estate is a good time to take stock of current indicators, confidence levels, and the outlook for next year. We don’t claim to see the future, but as 2023 comes to an end, we see positive trends in 2024.
Urban Farm 2023 Wrap Up
Wrapping up its third year at the corner of Brant St. and Ghent Ave., the Molinaro Urban Farm continues to excel. Adria Cehovin and her team at Bunchberry Connections grew and harvested over 2,500 lbs of fresh produce this year, bringing the total yield-to-date to 5,000 lbs. That’s a lot of food to help Burlington families in need.
November Begins on a Sombre Note, but Holiday Lights are on the Horizon.
While we anxiously await the first sporadic gusts of snow, plans for the Holiday Season are afoot. Soon after the clock rolls back on November 5th, Burlington becomes a waterfront City of Lights.
Revving Up for Charity in Burlington
As long-time supporters of Joseph Brant Hospital, we were excited to once again be part of HorsePower 4 Hospital on September 23rd. The event was presented by Angelo Paletta and TNG Exotics and Limited Editions, along with Vince Molinaro and the Molinaro Group. Over $200,000 was raised in support of several priorities at the hospital, including the redevelopment of the labour and delivery unit.
