Fall is a time of change and things are changing at Paradigm Grand condo in Burlington. The parking garage in the East Tower is just about complete, and this section of the development is expected to be at ground level before year’s end. Paradigm Grand, from the Molinaro Group, is still the best opportunity to own a premium quality condo in Burlington.
Urban Farm Wrap Up 2024
Despite many challenges this growing season, the Urban Farm still produced a good crop of fresh veggies for the Burlington Food Bank. The farm has been a thoroughly collaborative effort between the Molinaro Group, Bunchberry Connections, and the City of Burlington, all in service to the local community, where food insecurity is a pressing concern. Heartfelt thanks and gratitude are extended to the amazing contribution of the many volunteers who were instrumental, on a day-to-day basis, in the success of this “magical farm’ in Midtown.
3rd Annual HorsePower 4 Hospital Event – 2024
Many thanks to everyone who joined us for the 3rd Annual HorsePower 4 Hospital event on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Once again, in support of Joseph Brant Hospital, Angelo Paletta and Vince Molinaro, and a host of generous sponsors were driven to raising over $230,000 for urgent priorities at Joseph Brant Hospital. As tempting as it is to hunker down indoors in January, even streaming bingers need to come up for air once in a while. With so much natural beauty on our doorstep, it would be a shame not to venture out and see what’s happening in and around Burlington.
