For Project Development Manager, Ashley White, customer satisfaction always comes first.

However, if a customer is new to the process, or they have very specific ideas or asks for how they want things to be finished in the suite, they are welcome to return to the Molinaro Design Centre and work through further detail to ensure that, when they move into their condo, it’s exactly what they expect.

Ashley says the process is made simpler by the builder’s already high standards; high-end finishes come by default, thus minimizing the number of areas where a customer might want changes or custom upgrades.

Ashley says that makes for quicker approvals, or for upgrades.
“When the customer comes in to take a look at other options, everything is presented and displayed in a way that makes it easy for them to pick the colours that they want, the finishes for their cabinetry, countertops and flooring, as well as considering upgrades to those same elements,” she says.
It also helps that the sales, customer service, and design staff know the development inside-and-out having been part of the project since inception. Access to such a well-informed, well-integrated staff is just another, major customer benefit.
