The end of Summer sees Rob Molinaro at Illumina as it moves forward to completion. The main lobby is getting prepped for finishing, flooring and kitchens are going in, and the rooftop, two storey party room and outdoor terrace are really starting to shape up.

One of our favourites is the view on a clear day of the Toronto waterfront skyline from Niagara-On-The-Lake. Anything that makes the Big Smoke look tiny, right? The view from the twin front towers of Paradigm Grand is about to rival any along the western shore of Lake Ontario, thanks to the vision of the Molinaro Group and their architect Barry Graziani. Maybe he was listening to The Who when he was doing his drawings. Progress at Illumina in Burlington’s Downtown West neighbourhood is moving along quickly. In this July 2022 update Rob is at the very top of the Illumina, one of Burlington highest points, then to a fully drywalled suite where tile is being laid down, and then to a staging area where Illumina’s window are being prepped for installation.
